Cooking for your family: A Farm Mom's Guide to Making Food Every Day

I cook three meals a day for my family. Breakfast, lunch, dinner — all of it. I also run a farm, work a full-time job, and have two kids who need me for approximately 47 things at any given moment.

So when someone tells me they "don't have time" to cook, I get it. I really do. But I also know it's less about time and more about systems. Cooking isn't about spending your whole Sunday in the kitchen or grinding your own flour (unless you want to — no judgment). It's about using real, whole ingredients instead of relying on boxes, bags, and frozen trays to feed your family.
